- Combine Ground Beef, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp ground sage, 1/2 salt, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add beef mixture; cook 8-10 minutes, breaking into 1/2in crumbles and stirring occasionally. Remove beef mixture from the skillet with a slotted spoon into a large bowl; set aside. Drain excess fat from the skillet, making sure to leave a little bit.
- Preheat oven to 350F. In the same skillet, heat butter on medium heat until hot. Add leeks, cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add leeks to beef mixture. Stir in bread cubes, broth, apples, cranberries, remaining 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp ground sage, and 1 tsp salt to the beef mixture.
- Spray 9 x 13 in baking dish with cooking spray. Place beef mixture into prepared dish; cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350F oven for 30-40 minutes until heated through.
