- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the ground beef, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper. Cook until the beef is nearly browned. Add the chopped mushrooms and onions, then continue cooking until everything is fully cooked. Stir in the spinach and cook for another minute or two, until softened. Remove from heat and mix in the mozzarella.
- Line a baking sheet with a large piece of aluminum foil. Slice the rolls open and place the bottom halves on the foil. Evenly spread the beef mixture over the bottom halves, then place the top halves over the meat.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, dried onion, dried garlic, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls. Wrap the foil around the sliders and bake for 10-12 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional five minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
